Had a great stay even with the freezing temperatures. Butler Villa was a good sized one bed/bath apartment with private garage parking. The apartment was well equipped with various creature comforts including Alexa and smart TV. The apartment building has 2 elevators and 2 different garages. The main entry was somewhat difficult to open from both the inside and out although the directions for entrance are clearly written in the welcome message (including pictures). The area is extremely walkable and quite charming with coffee and gift shopping the next building over. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful apartment in a charming neighborhood!!! The place was clean and the building was safe. We loved the shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this host. They were very communicative when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great apartment and the the host is super friendly and responsive. Clean room, clean beds and basically clean everything! Very close to the market and many other restaurants. Easy park, peaceful neighborhood! Will definitely come to stay again next time!

The flat was bright, clean, and comfy. It's right in the middle of a fun neighborhood. It's even more spacious than I expected and at a great price. The unit's terrace is huge and open. A great place to stay!

Stayed her for about 3 weeks, and it was amazing. Very quiet and secure location. The included parking is an added bonus. The place had everything I needed from cookware, to linens/towels, cleaning supplies, etc. I will definitely book this stay again for my travel needs.

I had amazing stay here, it was above and beyond all my expectations! The owner was super friendly, responsive, and informative. The space was clean, accessible, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. It also has a nice view of the river. Having a gym on premises was a huge perk as well. I was also impressed by how well equipped the kitchen was. I was able to go to the grocery store down the street, get everything I needed, and cook all my usual meals as if I was at home. That really made my business trip a lot easier.

Amazing experience at Butler Villa. Perfect location for foodies and entertainment in BroadRipple. Take in any random show at the Jazz Kitchen. You won’t be disappointed!! Also visit Cholita Tacos for the best Taqueria in the city! Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Communication was perfect, even with my late arrival. Highly recommended!

Great spot to stay near Broad Ripple. Very easy to access using the smart lock. The unit was clean and had everything needed for my stay. I found street parking right outside the building so I didn't try the garage but it looked convenient. I would choose this place again when visiting Indy.
