Butler Villa

Loved the location, ease of self-check-in, and quiet secure space. Our travel was delayed by construction, but self-check-in made it so simple and stress free. The entire space, our accommodation, the building in general, even the garage - were well maintained, squeaky clean and fresh. Neighbors were friendly and congenial as we came and went, so we felt immediately at home and relaxed. The living room furniture was quite comfortable, fresh and inviting, and the openable windows a nice plus. It was a beautiful weekend, with live music along the canalwalk in the evenings - we could just hear wisps of it with the windows open, or on the balcony. A nice setting for a glass of wine or nightcap at end of day. The sleeping accommodation was perfect, completely quiet, and there was ample room to share grooming space in the bath. A very nice stay!

This place was in a perfect spot to stay with lots to do around. My family and I came out for a softball tournament at Grand park, this was in a perfect location, just 20mins south of the fields. The kitchen was perfect for us to be able to cook before and after the games. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay here again.

Was a bit stranded in IND after a delayed flight and an original BNB host was unresponsive & left me & my partner out with nowhere to stay. Butler Villa accommodated us & our situation very quickly and was more than helpful getting us into a wonderful place to stay for the weekend!! Amazing place & wonderful scenery, will most definitely be returning !! Thanks again.

I had a fantastic stay! Clean, quiet, and convenient. Broadripple is an excellent location and great home base to visit Indy. Apartment was better than the description and communication/instructions were excellent.

I absolutely loved my stay! The location was perfect, the space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was amazing—very responsive and made sure any questions or needs were taken care of quickly. I highly recommend booking this place, and I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great location in Broad Ripple, Indianapolis. Free garage parking. Clean and comfortable apartment. Direct access to the Monon Trail for walking, running, or biking. Lots of great restaurants in a very walkable neighborhood. Highly recommended!

We chose this location for our anniversary weekend and were very pleasantly surprised! It was easily walkable to the Monon, places to eat and shops to explore. The bed and bedding were so comfortable! My husband wants to know what kind so we can replace ours! This is our second year coming to the area for a weekend, and we would happily choose this listing again!

This was my first time booking an Airbnb. Butler Villa made the process very easy. He provided detailed instructions…..i.e how to access unit and free parking garage, if necessary The apartment was quiet, clean, and modern. We arrived late and were EXHAUSTED. The comfortable bed was everything!!! If you’re looking for an Airbnb in Indy, I would highly recommend staying at Butler Villa’s. You most definitely won’t be disappointed.

Great place to stay in Broad Ripple area. Right on the Monon Trail. Parking garage is a nice feature of this Airbnb. Perfect for 2 people. Adequate kitchen and dining area for cooking and eating there.

I stayed here for a month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The apartment is beautiful - it's well-appointed and has all the amenities described, including washer and dryer. Great natural light in the living room/kitchen area. The building is quiet, the neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood is highly walkable. It's an easy walk to restaurants, bars, shops and businesses - and the Monon Trail is just a block away. I was healing from an orthopedic surgery while here - so the walking was really wonderful. There's a dedicated workspace and good wifi - and I worked remotely the whole time. Finally, I unexpectedly needed a late checkout and the host graciously allowed it, which made life much easier for me. Thanks Butler Villa! I highly recommend.
