Super cute apartment right in broad ripple . Loved that we could walk to restaurants. Apartment was clean and cozy . Loved the balcony area wish it was warmer so we could have used the grill. Helpful host always responsive. Would love to stay here again .

Very nice corner unit. Gated Parking under the apartments. Quiet spot, but walkable (maybe not in February) to broad ripple attractions. Easy drive to shopping and dining to the north. Would definitely stay here again.

The space is exactly as described and looks identical to the pictures. Check-in and check-out were very easy with clear directions. The host was very responsive when messaged. Overall was a fantastic stay and I will be staying again!

Excellent experience! Quiet and friendly neighbors. The king size bed was so comfortable! Area is safe and plenty of great food close by. Owner was quick to respond to messages.

Butler Villa was the perfect set up for my wife and I to visit and stay with our daughter at Butler. Jennifer was a great host, responsive, and set up everything very well with clear instructions. The apartment complex is 10 mins from Butler, super comfortable, by Broad Ripple restaurants and has garage access which is a nice bonus. We will be sure to stay here more often schedule permitting.

Butler Villa's was just as described. Clean and quite. As another comment had stated, it can be a little tricky obtaining the required key fob/parking garage card when you 1st arrive. Recommend finding some where on the street to park (if you're solo) or dropping someone off at the crub to obtain them, then proceed to the parking garage due to traffic/limited street parking during peek hours. Detailed instructions are provided to access the building just feel it's kind of an FYI if you've never been to the area.
