This was an amazing place to stay. Arriving to our hotel being very gross and unclean, I messaged Butler Villa around 9:00 to come stay here instead. Within minutes I had a very responsive and informative answer and the place was amazing and exactly as advertised.

This was our second stay at this building with this company. Both apartments were clean, tidy and well appointed. Comfortable beds as well. We will likely stay here again when we’re back in town. Way better than staying in a hotel.

I stayed at Butler Villa traveling solo for work. As a solo traveler I often feel unsafe, but that wasn’t the case at Butler Villa! The place was very cozy, secure, and I felt right at home. It had all of the amenities to make my trip easy. Thanks so much for a great stay!

What a great experience! The host was very helpful and available. Had a problem with the coffee machine the night we arrived, notified the host and within half an hour a new coffee machine was delivered to the unit, exceptional response! We will be back, the area was perfect for walking to get dinner at all the nice restaurants and bars in Broad Ripple. Thanks for a great stay.

From start to finish the stay was amazing. Butler place was clean & exceeded our expectations. We had a little pickle happen our last night with the key fob & the butlers were very responsive & helped us out. I would definitely stay again if I’m in town

The location was amazing! Easy and walkable to multiple restaurants and bars! The view of the river was an added perk! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a great weekend getaway!

Great apartment in Broad Ripple. Pictures are accurate of accommodations. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable & spacious bathroom. Washer/dryer is a plus for my extended stay. The apartment is right on the Monon trail for walk/run/biking. Plenty of great little restaurants within walking. Garage parking was a huge plus! Host was responsive with a couple small issues that were addressed quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect space for what we needed. Very proactive communication and clear instructions. Location was perfect for exploring and surrounded by good bars, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend if staying in the Broad Ripple area!

We did not arrive until 230am Friday morning, i had told them early when I plane was delayed. I had a little trouble locating the place and also finding the key. I was surprised when I text he/she at 3:01am and they replied right away with help and instructions. they did not go to sleep until they knew we had made it and was safely inside the apartment. I will definitely be staying with them again.
