The unit was clean and tidy. It was the perfect space for 2 adults. Butler Villa was clear and proactive with instructions for gaining access to the unit. They were prompt with their responses when communicating through the AirBnB messaging. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I and our 8 month old stayed here for two nights for thanksgiving and it was perfect for us. We felt safe, the apartment was clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at Butler Villa. The space was exactly as advertised and was spacious and cozy. We loved how easy it was to come and go (both walking and driving), and the proximity to bars and restaurants was perfect! We would absolutely stay here again during future trips to Indianapolis.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless. It was in such a great area. There was plenty of parking in the garage. The host was also very responsive and messaged shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay, with a perfect location close to coffee shops, restaurants, walking trails, and the Monon Trail. The area felt safe, vibrant, and very walkable. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, and the check in process was smooth with a responsive and friendly host. The space had everything I needed, including a well equipped kitchen, reliable WiFi, and a relaxing atmosphere after exploring the neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Broad Ripple.

Excellent place to stay! the building and amenities were amazing! Parking was secure and easy to access! The area of Broad Ripple is safe with amazing restaurants! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and will stay here again if we ever come back this area.

Loved the location, right on the Monon Trail with lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. I especially liked the garage parking, particularly in the winter months. The building is safe and secure, and the space is clean and well maintained. Very comfortable. I would stay again!

Our stay was exactly what we needed! A nice clean apartment to come back to after celebrating with family in town. We especially appreciated the private parking in the garage.

Appt was as described and more. Cozy, comfortable and we felt safe at all times. It was very clean, modern, the bed was very comfy - Just overall a 10+. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Host communicated all we needed to know to make our stay comfortable. Felt at home in our first Airbnb booking. Definitely recommend
